AFAIK, there's an all new colour slot coming to the Meg soon, making it a total of four new strips a month. It looks like the Volume 4 ideas worked well and have finally ressurected the Meg once and for all. I for one think that there should always be some amount of reprint, maybe just something like 20-30 pages at the back of the mag, but we do need new strip.

What does everyone think should come ot this new Meg slot, maybe an old Meg character returning?

Yep, I'd agree, anything NEW is good. I don't mind the old reprints, as long as there's not too much of them.

I know, that was pretty bad. What happened to him last? Did he get away as someone else? I can't remember now. When was it? Wasn't that long ago eh?

I was going to say something rather slanderous then thought better of it.

I don't mind reprint material as long as it's kept to a minimum and has something of interest for those who read it the first time round.

BRING ME THE HEART OF P.J. MAYBE was the last story he was in IIRC, back in September 2000.
Although he might have stuck his head up again more recently...

Aren't some of the P.J. strips in B. & W.? That might affect the chances of a collected re-print.

Or they could even get one of the current colourists (Chris Blythe!!) to fill in the old black & white pages if they really couldn't bare to mix them (but I'll probably get in trouble for suggesting such heresy).
