I wrote a one-page strip with a new Dark Judge in it... just needs someone to publish it... (he says waiting for the 'dustbin lid' and 'caravan' pix)

Hi guys, I don't know if anyone can help, but here goes.
I've just bought the pc version of Pro Evolution Soccer 5 and am having major problems getting online.
Im with NTL to via their cable modem. I'm getting an error message of:
"Unable to transmit using UDP port 5730. You may need to connect directly to the internet or adjust your connection device ie. router settings etc.
Assign DMZ, port mapping, configure NAT table and other router settings to console.
Individual products may use unique terminology"
I've asked around and some ppl are saying it the router (but I'm on a modemL and some ppl are saying it's a firewall problem. I've got the MS server pack 2 firewall and McAfee.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get around this?
