Being perfectly honest when I saw this thread I thought I had no idea who he was.
I have since downloaded Rumble and although didn't know the man I did know the music. Most recently hearing 'The Swag' in the film Pink Flamingos.

His music is in loads of movies- notably Quentin Tarantino stuff

I'd have loved to see him ( at the good gig:)
I;ve missed too many gigs by "greats" and can only hope they'll make it back here before they pop their clogs
