Given that it's a GW publication, I would assume it's either something to do with the RPG (But didn't someone else get the licence for that?) or an omnibus edition of the novels (The clue's in the word Omnibus in the title...).

Obviously, it's an omnibus trip that's been laid on specially for Gordon Rennie, David Bishop and Simon Jowett - they're going to Brighton Pavilion for a jolly picnic, with cold roast chicken, hard boiled eggs and lashings of ginger beer!
