Looks more like a cruise liner to me. Also, how did the two get into proximity anyway? You'd never get any kind of big ship up the Seine like that. The man's mad, and clearly has no naval or geographical understanding whatsoever.

It does look like a cruise liner - but on closer inspection it sports a menacing gun turret and a couple of attack copters.
(It could be the secret base of Doctor Brain, with special pop-up attack mode. Or perhaps both items are part of the collection of an insane alien race...)
Whatever - it clearly adds to the value.
