Does what it does well but fails to set the world on fire. Pales in comparison to a huge plate of wrong like Rubber Johnny.

Well it's okey... But he really needs to get his finger out and do something substantial.

I notice the Nueromancer project has died on its arse. That'll go down as one of the all time great films that never was.

But he'll have to go a long long way to top the what-the-fuck-am-I-watchingness of Rubber Johnny. Nor am I sure I'll want to watch anything that does

It may have been awful considering he's never directed any narrative stuff.

Well, he was working very closly with Gibson so I had no worries on that score.

Gibson writes novels not screenplays -two completely different worlds.
