Post by: Darryl on 11 August, 2006, 01:33:53 AM
Thought this would pique some peoples interests.... Im going to the Nottingham Arena date....

It was reported on Fourth Eye, but in case you missed the story, here it is: the official site has updated with a TON of new tour dates for Europe, as well as seven new dates for the U.S. We reported a few of these dates earlier in the week, but now they have been officially confirmed, and are being repeated on this list in order to keep things orderly.

The lists are below.

Europe

Fri, 3/11/06- Barcelona, Spain/Badalona
Sat, 4/11- Madrid, Spain/Vistalegre
Sun, 5/11- Lisbon, Portugal/Atlantico Pavillion
Wed, 8/11- Rotterdam, Holland/or Hannover
Thu, 9/11- Rotterdam, Holland/Ahoy
Fri, 10/11- Brussels, Belgium/Forest National
Sun, 12/11- Torino, Italy/Palaisozaki
Mon, 13/11- Florence, Italy/Mandela Forum
Wed, 15/11- Rimini, Italy/Palasport
Thu, 16/11- Jesolo {Venice}, Italy/Palasport
Sat, 18/11- Munich, Germany/Zenith
Sun, 19/11- Vienna, Austria/Stadthalle
Wed, 22/11- Dublin, Ireland/ Point
Fri, 24/11- Manchester, U.K./Arena
Sat, 25/11- Glasgow, Scotland/SE+CC
Mon, 27/11- Wembley, U.K./Arena
Tue, 28/11- Wembley, U.K./Arena [option]
Thu, 30/11- Cardiff, U.K./Arena
Fri, 01/12- Nottingham, U.K./Arena
Sun, 03/12- Oberhausen, Germany/Arena
Mon, 04/12- Leipzig, Germany/Arena
Tue, 05/12- Stuttgart, Germany/Porsche Arena
Thu, 07/12- Lyon, France/Halle TG
Fri, 08/12- Nantes, France/Zenith
Sun, 10/12- Paris, France/Zenith
Tue, 12/12- Mannheim, Germany/Mainmarket-Halle
Wed, 13/12- Zurich, Switzerland/Hallenstadium

After seeing them live (finally) the other month, I can't wait for this - an indoor venue will be soo much better methinks!

Got tickets for the first Wembley date.  They haven't officially announced the second yet, so it's a case of keeping an ear to the ground.

The plan is to do the first night sober, and the second night backflipping through Jamaican Reality, then Compare and Contrast.

All in the name of Science, of course.

Got my Glasgow ticket! Tool twice in one year, feels like we're being truly spoiled. Was gutted when Maynard said A Perfect Circle was done and dusted, but the upshot seems to be no more waiting 6 years for the next Tool tour. Fanfuckingtastic.
