Image have a new 420 page anthology out that has a whopping 8, yes, 8 whole pages of my own work in it. I think you should all go and buy it immediately.
That is all.
:)

8 pages...what did that take you...6...7 months???
Well done boyo.
I'll have you know that I've reached the dazzling speed of (nearly) a page per week, sir!
Tsk. I don't see your name on there, unless you're masquerading as 'Khary Rhandolph' ... this is just some sort of con, isn't it?
:-P
(Already got my copy on order, so looking forward to it finally arriving.)
Good luck with it Matt.
I wish you'd speed up, your style is meeting up with cutting edge illustration.
Ever thought of collaberating with other artists. I may have some websites from my computer arts mags.
Look I know its imposing but anything I can do to help man.

Tell me what you think or to butt out.
"Two names with which many comics readers are already familiar are John Reppion and Leah Moore , writers of Dynamite Entertainment's â??Raise the Deadâ? and Wildstorm's â??Albion.â? For â??PopGun,â? the husband-and-wife team worked with artist Matt Timson to debut their new creation, Deadeye, in a story called â??Old Habits Die Hard.â?
â??Our story serves as the long overdue introduction of one Scott Struldbrug; a private eye working in the city of Los Muertes in a parallel 2007,â? John Reppion told CBR News. â??Something happened back in 1958 that changed everything, but life goes on. Well, sort of. Anyway, nuns, guns, mobsters, martinis; our little tale has it all and we hope everyone digs it â??cause we've got plenty more Deadeye adventures up our sleeves.
â??We've been devolving the Deadeye universe with Matt Timson for a couple of years now in secret,â? Reppion explained. â??Matt has really brought his own slant to the project and helped us develop things in a slightly different way. I think people are really going to be blown away by his artwork and hopefully they'll be begging to see more. We were also lucky enough to have the great Thomas Mauer helping us out with the lettering on the strip. What's not to love?â? "

Matt, is this yours mate?
Web fuckinfoo
No. Although I kind of wish it was.
Thank you, Dudley, for pimping my tat far more effectively than I managed to. Hooray also for the Moore-Reppions, who are big enough names for me to ride their coattails and get me a name check.
:)
[gasp!] A background!
I'll be sure to pick this u... [sputter] *how* fucking much?! For Timson?! It's a good job I like John and Leah, I tell you... ;)
Seriously, though, from what I've seen it looks great and appears to have the same sort of qualities that I like Negative Burn for. To the bank account!
Well that's my fan base exhausted then...
;)
"No. Although I kind of wish it was."
Come off it, you are far better than that!!!!
Febfoo!
Brilliant.
Lovely. Bilal like.
Thanks for the kind words, all. Thinky has since admonished me via email for being too modest in the face of all the hard work that I put into this (but note that the Liverpudlian fuck doesn't bother to congratulate me in public), so thanks- I deserve all your praise and more.
Theoretically, there is more Deadeye to come- but you know how it is...
:)
I'll continue to praise this project until someone I know buys it, so I can borrow it off them.
That's fucking gorgeous.

it's been a while now since i identified matt as the 'next-big-thing' and through a careful process of email-based-brainwashing and low-level-con-stalking i've managed to nurture his fledgling career and move his art into a more commercial (and, let's face it, more lucrative) direction.
mine has been the invisible hand managing the process to ensure that i get my 50% matt's talent gets a chance to shine, and all i get in response is "liverpudlian fuck"!!!
that hurts... really hurts.

Nice. Very nice.
Man, that is good. Echoes of Bilal indeed, with an Irving twist. Awesome shift in perspective from the exterior parade to the splash. Nice.
