I'm reading the back inside cover page of Prog 1073 right now. Though I know it's been mpooted a few times that they no longer seel these.
I was wondering if there were any plans in the near future.
I wish they would
I might just make my own.
A friennd of mine had some. They had a metal band that would fit in under the staples to hold the progs in place.
No need for punching holes or anything
I've got about 8 worth of progs in the TCU's above, I vaguely remember there was a fire sale on them when the prog got shortened to the current height, so they would no longer fit in those TCUs (the previous shrinking of the width didn't matter). They used pastic clip things to hold each prog.
Now I use "Wirex" binders from
http://www.modernbookbinders.co.uk
Of the top of my head I don't remember exactly which size, but on spine width a 57mm and a 90mm together conveniently hold one years worth of progs (minus the square bound 200x prog of course), with enough slack to juggle the crossover for the break to conincide with a "jump-on" prog, just remember to order the extra wires as well.
Dammit, you've got me thinking about ditching my old comic boxes now!
What they really need is box sleeve that can hold between ten and twenty progs in pile and atleast larger enough to hold the the earliest/larger progs.
I kmow that if you pile anything too high they start to curve up on the sides.
