Title: Help required picking Carl Critchlow pages...
Post by: Buddy on 18 September, 2009, 10:53:26 AM
In response to the recent thread telling us about Carl selling off Dredd pages I dropped him an email.

He has quite a bit for sale and I'm keen to buy a few pages BUT... I've never seen the stories in print so don't know which pages would be a good buy (lots of Dredd action I'm looking for).

So hive mind.. I call on you to choose four or five pages for me to pick two or three to purchase.

If you can post images of the suggested pages then all the better.

The pages Carl has for sale are:
All the pages from 'Backlash', 'Under New Management' and the last Lobster Random story 'The Forgetme Knot' are still available so far, apart from Backlash Pt1 pg2 & Pt3 pg5 and Pt4 pg1.

Now I don't know which of these are Dredd stories so I'm putting my faith in the great Hive to pick out a few crackers for me!

Cheers in advance.
Jon

Aw don't be like that Ump! I'm away for the weekend but can have a look when I get back if you like OR you could email Carl and ask him to choose three that are his faves and ask him why they're special to him. That'd be cool!

By the way, mine came on Thursday and they're frikkin' gorgeous. I'll post 'em up on Monday.

Why not asking here (http://2000adonline.com/forum/index.php/topic,26249.0.html)? It should get more eyes on the question. The main problem is if anyone thinks "Oo that's a nice page" their next thought might also be "And for that price I might as well get it myself" ;)

For a moment I thought the thread said Carl Crutchlow.
