Title: rebellion dredd one offs?
Post by: mogzilla on 22 January, 2010, 12:11:09 PM
in all the furur of case files etc and the sometimes fuss over the free gns i thought to myself how about a collection of some of the more modern (prog 2000) onwards Dredd one offs? "doledrums "springs to mind and various others that i wish id kept but a two bedroom house with a four year old doesnt leave much room!

also i would like to take this oppurtunity to thank rebellion for taking my suggestion (albeit in an unpublished letter) to release dredd as a "phonebook" style volume as marvel did with there stuff ..if they wish to share any of the royalties i can be contacted... ;)

I'd quite like a volume collecting loads of the best one-offs and short Dredd stories from the last ten/fifteen years - stuff like Mad City, Howler, Fast Food, To Thing with Love, Termination with Extreme Prejudice, Simple Domestic, Bury My Knee at Wounded Heart, Slow Crime Day, Rest Stop, Generation Killer, Crossing Ken Dodd, Finger of Suspicion, the Hottie House Siege/Angel of Mercy or Quite Nice Bar tales - maybe even have Wagner himself choose a selection of his personal favourites....?

The thing is, the Case Files will eventually cover all Dredd material (though that will be a few years away yet), so is it worth it?

Finger of suspicion still makes me laugh now. The bit with the crisp packet is genius.

Windows 7 was my idea. I suggested they get rid of the Vista shit. Perhaps I should sue them.
