Even if Tharg himself didn't go (crisis on Quaxxan, needing to put out a weekly anthology comic or some such rot), he could alwasy send an editorial droid. I believe Cyber-Matt's skin is very realistic. Some presence from the Emerald Empire would be welcome and perhaps even sensible.
