..I bloody hate it..
Granted, the place is lovely, the rent is less and the commute to the office is now two plays of "Thunderstruck", but oh-my-sack! Herself and I did the bulk of it over the span of a day, doing multiple trips in my 110 and her mum's family wagon, and I swear, the next time I'm PAYING some poor sod to carry my crap. I'll scoop up the breakables and point mr Removal man towards the rest.. Sod that for a game of soldiers..
Always stressful moving but once it's done it's over!
I rent and it's great (after the trouble I had selling my house), but I rue the day when my landlord will phone and tell me he wants the house back and the dreaded house move begins again. I was barely in my last property 11 months when - the day after I was admitted into hospital for nine weeks - my landlady requested I return the house to her because she had split up from her boyfriend and was homeless. My current landlords are local Estate Agents and they've been great - just renewed my contract for another 12 months. Nice house too, which is wonderful.
Moving is such a pain. Only two ways I'm moving out of my house:
