I don't see why not - obviously the format of the webcomic & it's comparability w wordpress would need to be thought about.
What sort of format of webcomic would you be looking at ?

Have to say, writing the story was great fun - nothing better than a chance to mash-up genres. Looking forward to seeing what fellow boarders come up with!
