I did a marathon (and by did, I mean I meekly walked 9 miles along with my wife).
I know some on the board where kind enough to donate, so thank you! Anyone who missed the chance, you can still donate - money goes to Suicide Prevention programmes in Northern Ireland (if you like, you can donate to your local area's suicide prevention groups - it's a good cause).

I raised an okeyish amount (but I hardly tried) but my wife (and her family and friends) have raised around £900 (and possibly over £1k - waiting on a count) - so anything you can throw in the pot to make me look less pathetic at fundraising would be greatly appreciated.

I did specify with my donation that you do this backwards PJ, did you?
I did! I did no training until AFTER the event*. That's what you meant, right?
BTW - hit me up for a free head sketch at Bristol if you donated! (that means you CF!)

*Not true, I actually did no training after the event either...
I was happy to donate PJ.
After reading why you and your wife were doing this, it put a lump in my throat and that doesn't happen often. I don't want to prattle on, as I don't know what else to say but I hope you and your families have managed to find some sort of peace after these two horrible events.
My thoughts are with you and your family.
P.S. I'll let you off with your version of backwards, well done the pair of you and everyone else should donate to this extremely worthy cause!
Where's the humilliating pictures?
Well done PJ!
Done.
Steve mate, extraordinarily generous of you - hit me up at Bristol and I'll hand over something more elaborate than a head sketch. (*ooerr missus*)

No worries chap, I'm slightly worried now :)
Well done to Mrs.PJ and yourself Paul. Good work team!
Hey, though the grand total isn't on that website - as a large number of donations were cash rather than online, it looks like we've raised around £1300! (and when I say we, I mean my wife & her family, and you guys. I did next to nothing...)
