My band You Already Know have done a wee video for 'The Stride' from our album 'Petrol Money', the last one got a good response on here so hope you like the new one. It was shot and edited by Graeme Hutton again (his website address is at the link) who again did a really fantastic job with very little (especially considering we insisted on filming with all the lights off).
Like always I tried to get a 2000AD nod in there by sticking a big badge on my guitar strap but once again it didn't make the cut. Sorry Tharg. Most of my chins are present though.

Excellent. And not just in a forum-mutual-support-group type of way. Maybe its because I was always into the Tar/Jesus Lizard/ Unsane end of 'grunge' but thats right up my street - there is a clear love of doing it for the noise and force that comes out of the speakers rather than anything else. Like the previous song thats just fabulous. Will post on elsewhere. Cheers for the link.
Look forward to this appearing on the Minty soundtrack ;)
Interesting lyrics ;)
I quite enjoyed that and could easily see it as the music behind a montage sequence, split between action and a quiet scene miles away from said action, if you get my drift!
One question, what's with the respirator?
Good stuff!
It reminds me of the time Dublin band Connect Four Orchestra supported Peter and The Test tube Babies. When informed that they were an instrumental band Peter asked in bewilderment; ''so who is your singer?''
Lovely video - looks very profesh and you KNOW I love your record. Kicks some bum.
Thanks for giving it a watch guys, really glad you're liking it :) I know there's a lot of discerning music fans on here so it feels good to get some positive feedback from you!
CF, the mask was just something Allan found on his travels in Berlin and decided to throw on for a couple of takes because it looked kind of freaky against the projections and stuff. I tried it on and got a newfound respect for guys who have to wear that kind of stuff, did not like it one bit!
Oh, and if any instrumental rock was needed for Minty and any of our stuff was deemed fit for it, that would not only be fine by us but would be fully, truly arsom.
Another thumbs up from me. Very good stuff indeed.
