US Squaxx - if you're having trouble obtaining the Judge Dredd Megazine from your local comic shop, fear not for the Meg is now being stocked on the newsstand shelves of high-street book retailer Barnes & Noble.
You can find your nearest store here:

Wow well assuming its actually on the shelves of all the the stores that would be a pretty cool thing. Come on US Squaxx lets see some photo evidence.
Out of interest did they not take 2000ad due to its weekly status, price point or a different reason? Can anyone say?
Terrific news, Mighty One! I certainly hope that it lasts a whole lot longer than the 2003 experiment:

I'll go by a B&N one day this week and hope to bring home a copy!
Great news for US readers! Now's there's no excuse for not picking up the mighty Meg!

Matt, are those in EVERY Barnes & Noble? I was in the Wilkes-Barre, PA B&N today - and no luck. This is great news, though. There's another store not too far from here and I'll check that out.
Bad news: in the GN section, only one twothy-related GN - JD Case Files 01. I was hoping to see more. I'll keep you updated from these shores (though I wonder how long this exile will last...).
I was there the other day and didn't see it. I'll have to have another looksee!

No, but it's gone into 400 stores across North America. The 421 Arena Hub Plaza, Wilkes-Barre store is one of those on the list, so I'd suggest asking a member of staff about it. Other stores in PA that should stock it are: Camp Hill, Wyomissing, Homestead, Exton, Altoona, Monroeville, Easton, Center Valley, Whitehall, Bensalem, Erie, Fairless Hills, Philadelphia, Berwyn, Lancaster, Plymouth Meeting, and 3 stores in Pittsburgh.

It's true! C'est vrai! And priced at $9.99 - two dollars less than Diamond charges for it!
(Sadly, not a Simon & Schuster trade to be seen at this B&N, but this was great to see!!)
Is this your placing Grant or was it front and center before a Squaxx got there?
Is that East Coast?
East Coast (Marietta/Kennesaw GA, NW suburbs of Atlanta) and I didn't move a thing!
Nuts! They don't have it in the B&N in Scottsdale, AZ! I'll have to call around.

Cyber Matt's listed the PA shops maybe he'll list the AZ shops if you asked nice :D
Stopped by that same B&N this evening and Meg 315 is already on sale! It's not even on Clickwheel yet!
Thats awesome stuff. Nows the time to hit all the comic blogs / news sites forums and pimp the hell out of this. I'll be bombarding The Comics Journal people with mentions and sticking a few links in their comments.
Damn. There's no Barnes & Nobles around me. Awesome that the Meg is getting this sort of North American push. I hope it can sustain itself beyond the release of the film and into the future.
