If his score is similar to this...

...it won't be too bad.
Is it just me or is anyone else genuinely excited - and I mean genuinely EXCITED - at the level of talent surrounding Dredd, this film has simply GOT to be the absolute business, with the calibre of the people working on it... September 21st might as well as be December 25th, I'm not kidding...
I see Limitless and rushed straight to post how scorching a score it is. Great adaptive music going with visual imagery I've never encountered before. This would be the linear shoot through of the streets. Amazing and the sounds accompanying it were some that I couldn't see better replaced.
A great film score can lift it enormously.Fantastic news!
Limitless had a very good score-so this should be good news!
And Beaky. I'm also excited by the talent involved in Dredd.

Really, really REALLY good.
;)
Never heard of this guy before, and though I think his music sounds decent enough, does anyone else think it sounds a teensy bit dated, like David Arnold's 1990s Bond soundtracks that mixed orchestral music with electronica?
Not all of his stuff is like this and I wouldn't judge the quality of his music on the Limitless soundtrack -which I think is mediocre- it was a rush job written and recorded in 3 weeks!
No doubt he'll have been briefed to come up with something fast, punchy and grungy to suit the tone of the film. Look forward to hearing what he comes up with.
Whoa! if that's what he can bang out in 3 weeks, we're on to a winner!
