Wow. I never knew that fights in movies were staged.
I was debating starting a new thread but this is as good a place as any
Can anyone tell me why Darth Maul wasn't fleshed out a little?
He was by far the most interesting character in the entire prequel trilogy yet had a bit part
Is he explained more within the Star Wars Universe literature?
If not, he seems a complete waste of time..which is a shame
I'd argue that, like Boba Fett, he's interesting precisely because we don't know anything about it and don't see him very much.
About him
I remember thinking at the time that Maul should have survived until ep.3 when the newly created Vader should have fought him in an epic battle to be the Emperors number 2 , seeing as there can only be one master , one apprentice.
Wasn't the guy who played him a stuntman or something?
Perhaps he was just a shite actor :D
Ray Park, Martial arts expert. Played Toad in the X Men.
V
Darth Maul figured bug into the last couple of Clone Wars episodes. It's a bit far-fetched...but it is Star Wars.
Anyways, it's the ending to Mass Effect 3 that people are up in arms about now. Duh.

Voiced by Peter Serafinowicz, which led to a bit of an embarrassing conversation when I was introduced to him (he's the friend of the brother of a friend type thing) pretty drunk in the Leadmill in Sheffield one time.

Ray or Peter? tell us more!!
Ray Park physically played Darth Maul, but Peter Serafinowicz dubbed the voice. Bit like David Prowse and James Earl Jones did first time round.
