So the end of the Ponds. My guess, the Weeping Angels will zap them back in time to 1970, they will see the young River Song regenerate (as we all saw at the end of Day of the Moon). She will become a baby & the Ponds will get to raise their daughter properly!

Can you have the couple who acted as companions being unable to have children because of it and then being bumped off? Bit grim...
