It seems that Tharg has been quietly at work over the other side of the pond, as Douglas Wolk of the DREDD RECKONING (http://dreddreviews.blogspot.co.uk/) blog has been paid a visit! Yesterday Douglas tweeted a picture at 20:45 of his hand holding a rare object, that picture is below!

Congratulations Douglas and keep up the good work trying to break the market that is known as Yankland for old telephone head!
This was first posted in the 'coming soon' thread but it really needs it's own thread!
Congratulations Douglas!
A worthy winner.
Any others to share? Shelf space need in the Cellar?
Great choice of winner there. Douglas' blog is a must-read for any Squaxx, and the way he drags the wider comics neteratti into the World of Tharg is tremendous.
Congrats! It's a tremendously well-written and entertaining blog.
Well done to Douglas, as others have said, Dredd Reckoning is a great blog and he does loads all over the net to publicise the prog. A worthy winner indeed.

Brilliant choices! Alex Garland IS the law to some extent.
That map thread got me wondering... when's this year's KRILL TRO THARGO being presented?

Buttonman's been feeling under the weather lately, and they have to time the announcement to coincide with his 10,000th letter to Tharg seeing print - as is my understanding of the thread of that name (http://forums.2000adonline.com/index.php/topic,36119.msg810877.html#msg810877).
I liked it better when these were occasional things, rather than timetabled. It was a good idea but I'm not sure Tharg and Co need to feel the pressure to choose a recipient unless they want to.
I was present when Urban received his, earlier this year.
