Ah man, my first post and my dog bumps me and make me push enter. :-[ :lol:. Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Been a fan of Dredd and 2000 AD since about 2006. I live in the states and it feels like I'm the only Dredd fan who lives. It's sad.
US readers are as rare as hen's teeth, so you're very welcome to the board, nardvoris. Try not to be put off by all the Britishisms we use in everyday conversation - they must sound completely facacta to American ears.
You'll find some of ya colonial brothers here abouts. Just looking for threads despairing at the appalling job Diamond seem to do distributing stuff over there! The efforts you fellas have to get the Prog marks you as true fans (well or digital customers I guess!)

Many people still like to smoke fags over here but the government have stopped them from doing it in certain places. Big brother I tell ya ;)

Yeah, you have no idea how ridiculously hard it is to find anything 2000 Ad in the states. Everytime I visit a new comic shop, I ask if they have anything Judge Dredd or 2000 Ad the answer is always no. It drives me crazy. I asked my local comic shop dude why they don't carry the megazine or 2000 ad and the heartbreaking reply was, nobody buys them. So it becomes a witch hunt every mouth to find the most recent prog or meg. I could do a subscription, but it's to much money. I never do the digital. Ever.
