Hey. Just read a ranting review of the Sci-Fi film 'The Core' by some fanboy. Then I read an online response by the films writer which although an equally mad rant is quite lucid and frankly hilarious. Check it out on the links below -

It was 2258 and tharg, ruler of the world called me into my office 'jason, i have made enqueries with time police and they say your as good as they get, i want you to go back and find out what caused this...' and he passed me a copy of 2000ad.
since then my investigations have drawn a blank, mainly because in 2258 their is no chocolate,coffee or porn....
Heh, I read this and thought that the writer had taken what was currently the scientific reasoning (not neccesarily a fact as he insists) and buggered about with it so it does all seem rather implausible.
The thing is the faults can easily be forgiven if you are into a movie like that, or just used to come up with a good reason why you didn't like it.
Funny stuff, but also a bit depressing :)
