so my mum has had a e reader for a while and I finally got round to seting it up today except It seams to be missing some of the pre loaded apps kind of anoying as she said she may let me borrow it and the app I wanted to uses is not on the there the video app any suggestions.

I would except I cant find it been through every option in the settings.
Type factory reset (for your specific item) into Google. I'm sure that some 12 year old will have done a video of how you do it.
I have used this technique on a few occasions and it is quite funny, having to pause the vid while I try to keep up with the instructions.
