Wondering if anyone can advise please. I just bought a months sub and can see it has gone through (ipad purchase) when I look though on either the ipad or via the rebellion pc portal it is showing me as having no available downloads. How is this meant to work? anybody know?
I've emailed support this morning but nothing yet. 7.99 for nothing is a bit galling.
I'd hold off any ipad subs for now until they sort this.
Pleased to say Rebellion have got back to me and have now resolved this.
The explanation is as follows (emailed to me):
"Apologies for this, I've checked your subscription details and can see what's happened here – it seems there is currently a bug (only on our iOS app, doesn't happen on the Andorid one) where, if you've previously had a 2000 AD subscription via iOS (so don't qualify for the initial free back issues) but have a gap in your subscription (i.e. it's not continuous), then when you re-subscribe you currently only get allocated the Progs for the upcoming month, not the current Prog. You'd been allocated Progs 1927 to 1930, but these aren't released yet. We've now manually allocated the current Prog 1926 for you, this should now be available in the app (if it's not, try the "Restore Purchases" button on the Account screen. This bug is in our issue tracking system and will be addressed toon."
