This has to be my favourite post of the year...every year! Andy's pictures are a real joy, thanks Andy. Eamonn's double conribution of Mekon piccy and short story is a great way to start the morning. I loved Jim's cartoon. Last but not least Darren's Xmas Santa Judge is simply put 'a great image!' :) :) Thanks everyone for making these dark grey winter mornings a little brighter. :D :D

Sorry folks been absolutely snowed under with work and I thought it was today. Either way been in work all day today and was planning on doing a piece this afternoon, but after a fallow year early on things have picked up and unfortunately I have to prioritise. Top work by all so far absolutely love the annual event that is the calendar. Unfortunately I am in a similar boat to Larf. Hectic work and personal life have left me with very little time to get my entry sorted. I have done 1 pic already but not to fussed on it but will be my emergency back up if I cannot get anything else done by 21st. Anyway keep the goodness coming I look forward to seeing what is new every day.

Great Calvin & Hobbes there, could've been drawn by Watterson; a brilliant send off to this terrible year by Mike-D, and I think "Satanus Claws" is Andy's best so far. The podcast is queued up ready for my Christmas Eve train journey.

Cracking contributions once more from everyone, Dredd and horse was very fun to read as was the angel gang saying goodbye to 2016 :) It's nice to see so much labour and love poured into it.

Another great year in the annuals of one of the internets true treasures. Each and every entry (well one aside) has so much to admire (the other was a pretty straight lift!) and I'm so chuffed to be part of a community that pulls so much fun out of so many people. And of course the mighty, mighty Mr Wells, who for those of you who've never meet him, is in the real work a grumpy old woman from Colchester, sorry Pete its time you were outed, but regardless is the boards greatest export... speaking of which I'm off to Facebook to see if there's any way I can appropriately thank him...
