Is anyone getting any replies from the helpdesk? I saw the warning about them being busy, but I've had a query in for a while now (missing prog) without a response.
I emailed about a damaged item on Saturday 6th and got a response on Tuesday the 9th
I also emailed about subscription update Monday 8th and as yet not had a reply
Yeah, I put a query in through the website last week and haven't got a reply yet.
