im a little concerened for HI EX actaully he has not been around for a while hes in hong-kong.
well we are keeping safe and well. today though they quarantined 2400 poeple which i have to admit shakes you a little and closed the whole sale veg supply market.
so today at work is interesting. me being the exec chef at a country club.
NO FRUIT NO VEGETABLES NO FRESH NOODLES.for the next ten days.
would you chips or rice with that sir?
and the supermarkets look like war broke out.:~)
