can't get it to play on my computer dvd (the only dvd player I have).

Any suggestions as to what I might try to get it working?

What region is the DVD?

If it's some hooky import from the far east then it may well not be compatible with the preset region on your DVD player program.

If it's un-regioned then it may only work on a conventional player..

I suspect it may actually a VCD with no region encoding.

It turns out that on the second page of the story the market bloke does indeed get lifted by the cops and after paying his hefty fine he then goes onto kick the fuck out of the little shits that informed him in the first place.

A lesson to us all.
