Title: The League of Extraordinary Delays...
Post by: The Amstor Computer on 28 August, 2003, 09:49:31 PM
Does anyone have any idea when the final ish of LOEGII is due out? I've just seen a listing for the collected volume in November, but still no sign of it in Previews.

On the same subject - I thought that we were supposed to be avoiding these problems this time. There were assurances that the writing & art were completed well ahead of time and the delays that plagued Vol 1 were going to be avoided.

What went wrong?

well rumour has it.

alan moore fell in love.alas he did not know but his lover was failed comic book scribbler who
was the creator of such scripts as
space females and north american type cattle.

these titles had been commisioned and seen print but the mighty wrath of the readers had been vented. she was shown to be a hack in her failed attempts to be alans equal.
she wanted revenge for his success nad her failure so as he slept his lover cut off all his hair.
this as any of you litterally genuius know . renders  mr moore no longer the greastest comic book writer in the entire universe.

until his hair grows back the release of the novel is delayed.

so since this is now on the internet it must be true.

Collected Volume II is due in November?

I might hold out for that then rather then worry about the final issue.

Screw that I'll get em both.

"The colouring?"

Heh :-)

I did read some suggestions that may have been copyright problems with some of the characters who appeared in #5 (Rupert the Bear et al.)
