Title: Solar Wind/FutureQuake/Violent/Zarjaz...
Post by: The Amstor Computer on 01 September, 2003, 09:52:14 PM
Art: What's happening with FutureQuake? I've seen a couple of the previews and it's looking good (the PJ Holden cover esp.)

PVS: Are copies of #1 still available? How's work on future issues coming along?

Violent: AFAIK, this is up to #5. Any word on when the next issue is due out?

Zarjaz: Is Zarjaz still running? Any plans for more issues?

Are there any websites up & running for any of these titles?

FutureQuake will be launched at the Winterfest, on November 1st. Stop by at the Dogbreath/FutureQuake/Solar Wind table and pick up your copy while they still last!

Hey Blackblood

Thanks for the interest.  A good place to check on a few of those are PJ Holden's forums, he collects small press titles and preserves us in amber as grisly trophies for his basement (I can say anything, he's getting married and won't be around for weeks!).  Anyway, Solar Wind, BAM, Violent, Class of 79, Rainbow Garden, Girly Comic are all there.

I am working on Issue 2 and am hoping to have it ready for Winterfest in London.  Issue 1 is still available.

A website has just been registered, but nothing there yet.  We are working on it though.  Well, I say working, more a good think!

Cheers

Paul

Art & PVS:

Thanks for the info, guys. I'll look forward to getting my hands on the first issue of Solar Wind (is it still OK to pay via PayPal?) and seeing SW#2 and FutureQuake come November.

BTW - will there be copies available outside the WinterFest, for those of us who aren't going to be there?

Count yourself lucky young man! You haven't got Wyatt standing over you with a whip and cudgel. Er... actually, that had nothing to do with the artwork for Futurequake, but it's a scary image nonetheless!

I was delighted to see a tiny piece of Solar Wind in this month's Comics International.
