can anyone tell me how rare the 200 AD comics from the issue 1-595 is?
Bit of a difficult question. How rare compared to what?
There are probably people here who can give you a better idea of the rarity of these issues, but it's probably worth pointing out that this range of issues cover the period of 2000AD's greatest popularity, with weekly sales in excess of 100,000 at the peak - there are quite a number of issues from this period floating around.
But... there are fewer issues still around that are in very good or good quality - poor paper stock, bad conservation and other factors have contributed to this - so mint copies of early progs can be *very* hard to come by.
It's not much of an answer, I'm afraid - and I'll be waiting for someone to come in and slap me down for talking out of my arse :-)

Take it your a newbie,rarity wise obviously some are rarer than others i think a rare period is between 100-250 i hardly ever see this period listed abd when/if i do its at a price of about ?3 an issue, oh and watch out for ratty.
I wouldn't think much as book shop near me is selling them (and virtually every other issue up to latter Bishop) for 50p/5 for 2 pound OR 200 for 60 pounds. Very nice indeed.
Saying that alot of these have the subscribers name on so if their mint they might be worth something.
