Ah Ha! When the site came back up, it was an hour ahead. Now that it's back to the correct time, the chatroom is confused and doesn't know where to put the new messages. Same thing with this post being an hour behind the others.
So we need to get a log to find out what people are currently saying?

Similar strangeness here on the board. Something i posted about 20 minutes ago has only just popped up on the messageboard, whilst something i just posted now has gone back in time by about ten minutes

A Strontium Dog type time-bomb has been set off, and the whole site has materialised two days into the future by which time etc. etc....
Help ma boab! Its spreading. For some reason my computer reset it clock to 31st May 3198, after the last time I visited the board.
Although the two might not be related.
Sadly, I have to report there are no flying cars or personal jet packs in 3198 either.
Hmmm, threads are coming up as having no replies when they've got loads, as well...gremlins in the works?

seems to happen whenever there is around 5 people in the room
What IS weird is that if you're in the chatroom AND the IRC chat, then the chatroom stops automatically updating ...
Which is MOST inconvenient ...

ahhh the chat marathons of yesteryear, how fondly i remember them, the lewd obsenities, the gibbering rubbish, the same old off topic gibberish, huffs, sulks & misunderstandings...oh & of course the bikini clad mud wrestling...fun fun it was, back when i was young & had time to frolic & chat.
spose if i ventured in there now i'd be beaten with sticks for being not-local enough. sigh.
