Title: the Christmas disasters from hell thread.
Post by: Queen Firey-Bou on 24 December, 2003, 11:51:06 PM
oh yes. smile everybody ! never mind the burnt mince pies & grumbly grannies on the cherry....

heres the censored stories from Bou's hell.

during my Christmas works dinner my son is arrested for being a twat on several counts, worry, moods, rage & depression ...

last night bessie mate turns up , her & husband in middle of big family dinner decide to divorce, big shocker , revelations & disaster, much wine counselling & exchanging revelations later... so ive spent all day counselling them in turn & working out good ways of killing the evil third party to blame.

find out that one of my most trusted pals is an evil lying multiple adultering manipulative scumbag whos taken the piss of me as well as everyone else, but will be killed.

later get told that teen daughters 2 best friends have been sniffing areosols. luckily i believe mine has not, much threats & rage.

then the police turn up at door, much lectures court summons for the boy, rage.

oh yeah & ive fallen out with my ...erm... male friend... whos business faces imminent bankrupcy. doom & gloom.

so all in all... ChrIstmas eve is brilliant so far !
anyone having a worse time out there? please share to further add to misery via public internet humility..

btw, have a good one ! Love Christmas still smiling Bou.

Well I can't top that, but I've just had a blazing row with my girlfriend which has resulted in a breakup, and many tears all around, and I've found out that pretty much all my 'friends' think I've 'failed my life'.... Not the most Christmassy of statements. Think I'll keep their presents

all my 'friends' think I've 'failed my life'

Oh m'God! That's horrible! Regardless of the state of your life, what kind of friends tell you that you've ruined your life?!?! Friends who don't deserve to be friends, is the answer...

My chrimbo was feeling shit but in comparison to you lot the drinking, arguing door slamming, "i'll divorce you!" "No! I'LL divorce YOU" pantomimes, the getting yer family great gifts to be handed ill thought out tat in exchange along with a chrimbo meal so rich and salty that yer lucky if you just get the shits and loved one a good 300+ miles away sounds strangely tolerable.

...The trick is to stick the bastards in front of the largest TV you can find and stick any old film on. And if anyone so much a breathes heavily point out that Only Fools and Horses will be on at some point. That keeps em' at bay.

Well I went to work, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and again tonight. couple of sudden deaths (TM Encyclopedia of Euthanisms), 1 knife rampage, 6 domestics and counting. However reading your tales I'm quite glad I was out of the house.
On the plus side it was comparatively  nice when I got home, and by the morning of the 27th I'll have paid for my flights to the US next year.Yay!

still theres something satisfying about loseing temper & yelling at someone elses kid. the polis, mother & outright ban threats all seemed to hit home, but i might still phone her mum for the hell of it... jimbob one more domestic coming up !

Yeah, mine was pretty shit, too.
And I may well be single for the new year, as well.
Not really worth going too deeply into the details...

At 4 o'clock this morning, covered in cold vomit from a drunk having a fit, freezing cold and absolutley knackered I discovered the girl I've fallen heavily for has arranged a date with one of my colleagues she met at my Christmas do.
To say I'm not a happy bunny is to understate dramatically.
Is this Christmas some kind of emotional armageddon?
One more night shift then I'm meant to be taking her for a meal to make up for working over Christmas and -you'll like this- being funny with her about her flirting with above mentioned "chum"- life can be really rather crap sometimes.

Second child fell sick last night. Sick everywhere, so thismorning there was lots of washing to do.
Washing machine decided to break down.
So we farmed out a lot of washing to friends etc. When driving home from my mothers after delivering a bag of laundry, I was pulled over by the police. My tax disc is out by a month or that, so he done me for that, and after finding nothing else wrong with the car, said I had been driving too close to the car in front of me abd also did me for driving without due care and attention.

Apart from that, great day.

Rac ! no way ! what a tight git ! i would get a legal aid traffic soliciter type & argue about that one, cos thats 3 points at least. whereas by boy deserves the outright ban he undoubtedly will face. hope yur kids & washing machine better soon.

NOisybast! no way ! hope that sorts itsself out mate! best of luck..... :-(

Jimbob !  ah the happy love triangle/ quadrangle/ octogon Christmas scenario, i dunno if it'll help but i suggest dumping the lassie like a hot potato.

oh dear, oh dear, at least boots are happy.

my seperating/ed husband pal has moved to someones sofa already but theyre both kindof doing okay in a devestated sort of way, the kids are being brave, ones staying here tonight.

me ? I'm going for new start therapy & gutting the house. 5 bin bags n counting.

tsk

None of this would have happened to any of you if you'd had the sense to install me as King of Planet Earth.

You fools!

However, I hope things improve for you all.
I'm currently on my last working day of five in a row, which has involved four (sober) nights on call out of five since Christmas Eve, and being too knackered to drink anything on the one night off I got (Boxing Day).

I'm also currently writing up two fatal road accidents, including a very messy one I just got in from.
No details, except: there was a lot of screaming for a long time.

Concentrate on the positive things in life.
Mine's this: it'll soon be Hogmanay!

hey cool tankgal,  we shall have to scary spike-heel some con' together someday. sadly shopping is offff the agenda on account of one end of cal-hab being generally shut off from other by snows, pertol shortages & continuity problems.

talking of roads, its really black icey out there tonight, so go real careful chaps.

& if the rest of you are still having a shiv time, think, you could have 3x 15yr olds in birthday celebrate mode for the night... its acne schrieking alchopop-consealing HELL !
