If I book now I can get a return flight for ?25.
Last year I left it late and ended up paying ?60 for the flight.
Just a few minor details to sort out then I'm booking it!
So, who else is comming?
I should be!
Not that impressive I know, but there'll be others there too Ump.
i'll be there, yet again, filled with hope and trepidation, carrying my trusty portfolio under my arm, wondering if perhaps this might be the year...

I will be. At this rate, my f***ing ex WON'T be coming down with us, so there'll be plenty of space in the Longmobile ...
I will be.
I've paid for a table this time, so I'd better be there!

hmmm let me think, planning? and er tommorrow .. and.... sheesh, put it this way i hope to attend all sorts of things including bristol but am getting used to watching the cancellations roll in, needless to say, if i can humanly attend ANYTHING at all, I'll be there....
I'll be there on the Silverbulletcomicbooks table. So any one please drop by and introduce yourselves and if any one sees me running around don't be afraid to say hi!
Should be there... =
Look out for the Starscape/ Superhero Store table. Starscape #4 is a jumping on point. Two original stories to begin, complete with a free gift (hopefully) that'll knock your socks off!
But will one of the new stories be Paul Scott's and Oliver Redding's fantastic sci-fi horror series, Quisling, that will be previewed in issue 2 (out very soon)? And will the other be Guard Dogs from the pen of Spider-Man, Panini and Commando writer Jason Quinn? Or will it be from either of the 2000AD scribes Gary Wilkinson or Gary Simpson? Or even a new story from Pest Control's (and the best small press writer I've ever read) Grant Springford doing what he admits is his best ever work? Who know, it might even be my take on the League of Medieval Gentlemen/ Extraordinary Barabarians starring homages to Adam Eterno, Captain Britain and Kelly's Eye, plus other legends?
BTW, if you were a little disappointed with the cover and printing of issue 1 - stand by for a massive improvement and beautiful cover for issue 2 (and a golden age story form Bob Monkhouse).

This may actually happen for me this year (last year was a wash out), a good pal I met over the net (Jaws Site) is interested in meeting up for a boozy weekend, and I thought Bristol would be an ideal weekend, browse and mingle sponsored by over priced hotel beer.com.
Be nice to put a few faces to names here, I've been in contact with Mr Scott before today, so I guess it's Paul's round.
