Certainly is. But that is Welsh news, therefore even slower. Their house isn't the only one either. From the M4 I saw one one with full Christmas decorations outside Swansea last week.

You see a lot of country pubs with year-round festive lights, although not strictly christmas-related they do give a lazy impression.

It's funny, but when you see regional news bulletins you tend to think "Christ, is my region really like that?", but at the same time you're not seeing everyone else's local news to compare it with. So I'm assuming it's not just in South Wales that Christmas decorations go up in people's houses mid-November?
