You said you would send me copies of the emails that you had sent and the they are on file. I still havent seen them.

My contact details are available to you through ebay and I was adived that they were forwarded to you by ebay when I did an information request on you. You can not blame me for being a poor contact if you delete multiple emails with my contact details in.

I was completely new to selling comics at the time you made your purchase.  I agree my descriptions were bad and I told you I have since learned from others how to grade them better.  They did not complain and now buy directly from me from america to complete their collection and we frequently chat online.

My problem is the fact that you have made this in to a public debate and have done so behind my back. I feel that you are harrasing me and drawing others in to this deliberately. Are you prepared to appologise for that?

"As for you questioning my integrity and profesional conduct , I personally think that I am justified !
The reason for this post is just to put across my side of the story so people can make up their own mind !"    Your approach seems wrong to me even if your intentions are good. You are biased. You did not invite me to participate or offer me a right to reply. Even the subject heading invites people to think the worst of me rather than form an objective opion.   This is my last post on this. Once again. I'm sorry that you were disapointed. I have tried to make amends in many many ways and can do no more. You failed to mention that when we spoke that you had seen more of my things for sale and were interested in purchasing them. I do not need this or any other kind hassle. We may very well both be wasting our time. I would like to leave with us both feeling satisfied and still think I am due an appology for the manner in which you have gone about this. Please take my words in the good spirt that they are meant and not twist them again to make me seem like someone with no integrity.

I am sorry that anyone may have wasted their time reading anyone of this when they could have been doing something far more fullfilling.

Please excuse typos and if the tone seems off. It's hard to communicate my meaning clearly in a discussion forum.

and mine

If you are an ebayer please treat this as a rare case and don't let it spoil your enjoyment.

Anything else to say about my integrity? I'm amazed by this! I only chanced by this page in the early hours of the morning. Mark why didn't you mention that you were slighting me in public? You never once mention here that you never resent the emails you claimed to have sent me (even though I asked you more than once) or that you ignored my emails until square trade and ebay became invloved to settle the problem (at my expense). Nor do you mention that you have my address and could have written if for some reason email wasnt getting through. You dont say that I gave you my phone numbers or that I offered you your money back and a free something to make up for any hardfeelings. I told you all about the forum that was started by other people on eBay about your behaviour and they had no encouragement from me. I never knew it even existed it until someone informed me. It wasn't started by me unlike this very personal and unfriendly act of yours. After speaking to you today I thought everything was fine for both of us. Just beacuse I dont use this site often doesnt mean that I don't ever use it. It's a public forum and not the place to spread bad blood about people who are just trying to make an HONEST few quid so they can have a decent life with someone they care about. You mentioned that you were collecting for your daughter much in the same way my mother collected comics for me when I was much younger. In all of this have you thought that what goes around comes around. Its almost 6am and this may not have been the best choice of words or the best way to say it. How can you question my integrity when yours is not beyond reproach.

I think satisfying atleast 109 individuals and getting friendly feedback from them on ebay isnt bad for someone who's just started selling their comics over the last month or two. Especially when you consider the amount of positive feedback I left for you. About 25 of your 40 positives are from me and I left only two negatives compared simply saying "unable to communicate in an adult manner and abuses feedback" and "No positve feedback for this buyer. His activity is thoughtlessly damaging " which I cancled out with another positive feed' (so as not to damge your reputation) and a final neutral feed' saying "Please do not bid on any more of my auctions"

Please excuse any typos. It's late, I'm tired and I have more important things to do. It's hard to continue to show good will in cases like this.

I think you owe me a public appology.

Oh and the guy/gal who sold me the punisher comic. Cheers. Sorry for the delay. However, please refrain from discussing my business in public. No offence taken. I understand how easy it is to get caught up in mudslinging.
