Been away from the discussions but my overall take on everything.. Brexit, climate change etc .. we're all fucked.  There's no will to do the right thing and there never will be.   Taken me a long time to accept there really is nothing we can do except our own little things and that they really won't change anything.

No prog here in Cornwall either.

Thrill suckers must have gotten in during the build up to the bank hols!

Hope things improve for you Jayz.

My current battle with clinical depression got severe again this time last year.  It's not been easy but for me meds have been a help and CBT was also helpful.

Dogs have owners, cats have servants.  :D

Pigs have equals?   I'm sure I read Churchill say something like that.

Thanks jayz, it's encouraging to hear that.  The old dog never goes away forever but good to hear it can bigger off again for a while.

Thanks tjm.  That's really kind, yeah I am sure you are right.  Never notice it until it tips over the edge.

Thank you guys.  That's kind.

Yeah just have to try to ride it out again.  So fucking exhausting.   I shouldn't be too shocked as the anxiety never goes but the worst side effects just subside some times.   I am grateful when they do.  Looking forward to being able to drop back from the rat race in a couple of years when done with funding my boys uni days, wil do my mental health the world of good.  The software world never slows down, the intellectual demands are exhausting and I'm definitely getting to end of my days doing it.

Because my agoraphobia and depression have decided to rear their heads again. Seems it can go for  ages and I start to believe it might be over then it just hits out of nowhere.   Total pisser.

Sounds like time for a new episode of Tordels and The Shark.  Maybe revived as a retro audio play.
