I was trying to figure out the overlap between TMC and CCF runs. I own most of the TMC, but I would like to get some CCF. I am going to focus on the CCF runs first that have more CCF stories than TMC stories. I used these links below to sort both of these long runs out.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judge_Dredd:_The_Mega_Collection & https://2000ad.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_Judge_Dredd_stories_in_Case_Files

I have a way more comprhensive detailed list, but 2000AD Forum is a 20,000 word limit. Might be some slight accounting errors, but not much. Take it as rough, but close account. I only did one pass tallying it all up. A basic road map into which of the CCF collections have the most new stories for TMC owners, but I have no idea of the quality of those CCF stories, so. More is not always better.

Film & TV / Re: Current TV Boxset Addiction
26 April, 2022, 12:47:15 AM
SG1 never saw all the episodes on the small screen. Finally picked up the entire 10 seasons for about £18 this year. Cheap low budget sets/costumes, but what offsets all the cheap visuals is the competent acting and the interesting stories. B5 and BSG with Breaking Bad are my top three fave Boxsets though.

Marvel Ulimate Graphic Novel Collection (hardbacks very good condition).
5 Thor the Last Viking.
31 Fantastic Four Authoritiative Action.
70 Fear Itself part 1.
71 Fear Itself part 2.

Batman Hush (paperback good condition).

Batman Arkham City (hardback very good condition).

Batman Arkham Unhinged 1 (paperback good condition).
Batman Arkham Unhinged 2 (paperback poor condition).
Batman Arkham Unhinged 3 (paperback good condition).
Batman Arkham Unhinged 4 (hardback average condition & missing a chapter cover page, but no missing dialogue).

Swap any above for any below. Mega Collection just needs to be readable. So not overtly fussed about weathered/used condition.

Wanted Mega Collection Volumes  from 81 to 90 (and maybe 27, 62, 69) UK/GB area.

Classifieds / Re: Recommended storage boxes?

I have about 70+ JD Mega Collection annuals and I brought one plain comic box from Forbidden Planet to try/test it. Then figured I'd need three (to four more as I have loose DC/Marvel graphic novels). I ended up buying Grey Linen Ottoman box for half the price of three comic book boxes and it fits all my 70+ JDMC annuals. It's in the bedroom and it is atheistically pleasing for the wife/myself. Rows of four plain cardboard comic boxes would look a bit on the crappy side. I covered the one box I had with a fake wood finish.

I know the outcome of some of the stories of Batman that was in the top 10 of all time like DK, Killing Joke, Death in Family. I picked Hush, because it short run to try out and would be a total surprise read for sure.

I like the first season of the Dare Devil show. I am trying to focus on variants of characters that I know something about thanks to movies, boxsets or games.

Thank you I checked that link for Anderson. Some overlap with Mega Collection stories. It will help trying to avoid duplicates.

JD Lawless is volume 90 in the MC. I don't have the last ten volumes yet. My MC is upto volume 80 with a few missing in between.

Checking out those names on the wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Smith_(comics_writer) & https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Russell_(comics)

You have been a great help and appreciate the time you took to help out thank you.

Dredd/Anderson noob here. Looking for reading JD/Anderson suggestions. This year I have read most of the 69 books which I own out of the Mega Collection 90 book run I have. Very few low points with a few really good high points. A solid entertaining read generally. I have read the 2000AD digest formats of Dredd/Batman & Ghost Town. Every Empire Falls is still unread. Early comic book Dredd around Judge Cal time didn't do it for me. The PJ Maybe stuff I found annoying. America, Android, Wally Squad stuff and the Pit are the major highlights I have read so far.

I Like both the else world JD films. With Stallone cheesy take and Urban's grounded take. Found out Dredd does have a elseworld dimensional multiverse due to the Mega Collection.

Also intrested in Judge Dredd merch which I found is very limited. Really would like a Helmet, figurine and a good framed poster. I notice the fan fiction is fairly limited. I did find Judge Minty on YT and thought that was a pretty cool fan made production.

I read Batman Hush lately which is supposed to one of the top ten Batman comics of all time. I just thought to myself yeah it's ok, but kind of tame and limited compared to Dredds general Judges on the beat stories. I think I like dark, gritty, (Devlin) bizzare, satire. Satans Island comes to mind. Reading the Watchmen and thinking about trying the Boys comics for the first time.

Pretty excited geting into comic books so hence all the waffling.
