Never nice to hear of someones passing.

I know that he was not the favorite writer but I must confess I enjoyed Junker. Was there any reprints of Junker ?

Prog / Re: Prog 2072 - Weaponmaster!

Bad Company has become one of those strips which I will not miss it if it never returns. I will read it but I am 50/50 on a return. The art for me was the saving grace.

ABC Warriors was a good read cool art but the story never felt original and was almost a rehash of previous stories. Maybe a longer brake might help here to freshen up the story-line.

I loved the Future Shock, more of this please

Brass Sun my favorite story of the current run and I will love to read it in one go from start to end when the series final rides of in the sunset

Hi,

You can get them at a participating comic book store.

The aim of Free Comic Book Day is to get people into the comic book stores, which is why they're not available digitally or through online stores.

They sometimes show up on eBay afterwards though.

Thank You but where I stay we do not really have any comic book stores and most people have never heard of FCBD.

Unfortunately it is not available digitally because that is the way I get my comics or order from places like Amazon

Silly question, how do you get 2000AD Regened ? Do you have to be at a book store ?

I agree that nothing in the Prog is as bad as 2000 AD's worst, but ABC Warriors is now skirting with mediocrity alarmingly regularly. Perhaps scheduling is part of the problem – running two bursts of Mills with crossover. I dunno. I'm just utterly bored of the treadmill/repeating background of ABC Warriors, and that's a strip that shouldn't be boring. By contrast, Savage has some massive plot holes and resolution issues, but is at least readable.

I agree with your sentiment.  Although I enjoyed the current ABC Warriors more than previous runs, the story reads like all the recent Mills stories (just with different characters), nothing feels fresh.

I still enjoy the prog.

For me the strip that broke the camels back was Big Dave. I utterly despised the strip. The rest of the strips did not even leave the slightest impression on me. Even Dredd was meh.

I agree, in some runs I enjoy all the stories then you get a batch where you only enjoy one or two of them.

I can not remember who said it but let us put to a rest that we are in a dark age. The next batch looks prime

Sorry I missed that from the previous Prog and clearly as daylight the last two panels she was captured.

Solid Prog but Savage feels like it missed a few dozen pages. The ending feels rushed and incomplete.

Must compliment Rufus on a very cool cover

I must agree that there should be more stores that does not require a sequel.

Another issue I have is that you sometimes have to wait years before you get the next chapter. It becomes difficult to follow when you have not read something in years

Circumstances put him in certain positions not always of his making that formed him as a character in essence he is a flawed good guy.

You can never go wrong with Dante, certainly one of AD's best strips ever

When I returned I started by buying the digital editions. Unfortunately they only go back as far as December 2002. I also start buying the digital editions of The Judge Dredd Case Files.
