As I understand it this weeks' prog saw Tharg announce in his Nerve Centre letter page that Dante was returning for the final series the Marriage of Jena Markov later this year.

Dear Everybody at 2000AD,
Why not bring back Necrophim in an epilogue of what happened after the civil war.
Bring back Durham Red with Matteus Godolkin and Jude Harrow in adventures before The Vermin Stars stories.
Resurrect Feral Jackson.
Write new Zenith thrills.
Bring back Count Dracula.
Write more stories with the Great Old Ones.

I think that Apney was good but Necrophim got me over its last four progs. If that is the last we see of Lucifer and Uriel that would be a shame. The colour and front progs of the whole series were great, so don't let the nay sayers put you off as a fourth series with both protagonists would be good. Who would not want to see Uriel's dour face looking at Lucichops cavorting about!

I really liked Necrophim and will miss Lucifer and his cute sword, that was so Freudian and I will also miss Uriel and his perminent scowl. Can't the scriptwriters do another book and bring back Lucifer and Uriel.
