Mine all arrived today; Badge - which was a much better quality than expected, Mug - ceramic, again, more than I expected.  Both books look great - I still can't get over how good those B&W covers are.  And pleasantly surprised to see that The Apocalypse War included Block Mania as well.  Very, very happy.  I hope the run lasts to the end.

R.I.P. indeed - a bit of a shocker that one.  I'd always assumed he was older than he actually was though...

Short and sweet answer: Judge Labelle will be in attendance, and the more Judges the merrier as far as I'm concerned.

The event's been plugged enough by 2000ad, by me personally, and on the Judge costuming page Sector House 001 which I moderate which you're a member of, Iain - I haven't been hiding it from anybody - And I didn't want to put an open call out, because we have no idea how popular this will be for a  first event - don't want to end up in a position where we've got more judges than general public.

How do, chap!  About bloody time.

Ah, weekend conventions - It's always odd to return to reality after these things and not to ask complete strangers to drop to their knees when they approach me.  (That sentence sounded less filthy in my head).

Great to see a lot of love for 2000ad though - The Judges went down really well, probably the best con I've done for being recognised and stopped for photographs so many times.  And the more Judges at an event, the better!

Congratulations!  And very well deserved...

I've loved the previous series of this, but series 4 isn't grabbing me.  I'm watching it later in the week, but its not the religious viewing that it was once. I adore Rudy, but the new cast all seems a bit triggers broom/sugababes to me. Something has been lost, and I can't put my finger on what.

It was a great weekend, great to troop with Rob and Lauren - and the awesome Judge Minty premiere to top it all off.  Hard to beat a weekend like that
