Did anyone else go this year? Were they as vaguely disappointed as me? Did they have the misfortune to see Squarepusher in the dance tent(what a let down)? Come on share your stories!

After lurking around for about a month the time has finally come to say hello to all you lovely people. So here I am in all my sweaty glory.
Anyway, I've only been getting 2000ad for the last 7 issues but already its turning into a fully-fledged addiction. I recently bought rogue trooper and glimmer rats graphic novels + a big job lot of old progs off ebay(which Im still eagerly awaiting. It wasnt the ?1900 job lot btw :-)) and Ive been buying the meg as well. I think I need help(or money, whichever you prefer)
Ive been into comics off and on for a while starting with Akira and then progressing to Sandman and Transmetropolitan and just recently Watchmen which was amazing. Im kicking myself for not collecting 2000ad sooner since I planned to for a while, but Im consoled by the fact that a lot of peeps seem to think this is the best time for 2000ad for a long while.
But Im waffling now so I'll close by asking: if this were desert island comics which single comic( or graphic novel, 2000ad or otherwise) would you take with you?
ps: newbie question: how does one get the icon next to their name? cheers
