Just realised, to my horror, I've never received the Harry On The High Rock volume, despite pre-ordering it. I'm used to receiving things late, as I tend to order them through Ace Comics in Colchester so things arrive later through Diamond Distribution rather than newsstand distribution. But Born Bad was in my last parcel which was the volume (or two) after. My online account shows as not allocated, and as it's no longer on the Hachette website, I'm hoping Diamond haven't effed up or been short changed and had to allocate copies to comic stores. Otherwise that one is going to be an expensive Ebay purchase once I know definitively if it's arriving or not.

And thanks for the info regarding the extension / non-extension. As others noted, it may just be someone in the company who's out of the loop and knows nothing about it, and we're still several months away from the 180 finishing up. Hopefully it will still happen, but I'm happy with the 180 (or the parts I've cherry picked) if not.

I also missed Harry 20 and Summer Magic but Harry 20 turned up this week.

Oh, joy. After finding it harder and harder to find copies locally, I gave in and subscribed via the Hachette website to start from Issue 57.

Guess what they've sent me today?

I hear that - I tried to subscribe repeatedly but after getting my third copy of issue 6 I finally twigged that there was no way that they were ever going to be able to start a subscription with issue 29. Very poor customer service.

Just purchased the DR / Skies issue direct - this only came out last week but is now listed as only one issue left in stock. I normally pick up issues  at Forbidden Planet in London but here also the staff told me this morning that they were out of stock. Anyone know why this issue is seemingly in short supply?

Well as a final volume some of the Angel family material is alright if not exactly classic.  My problem is with the Hark and Burr material which is pretty dire stuff.

Yup a big surprise to get a Saturday prog.  I've also noticed that the progs have been out on a Tuesday during the last few weeks instead of teh normal Weds - so on that basis it is one working day early for Easter.

The current progs have been as good as they get - especially impressed by Bill Savage and the current Dredd.  No gluey problem for me!
