Basically its a mess and for me its easier to consider that none of the stories are interlinked, but as Oddie says there are some exceptions.

IIRC pat mills tried to link them altogether, but this didnt work that well.

Prog / Re: Prog 1332

Cover:  I like this cover, but Id like to have seen the main characters involved somewhere on the cover.  Currently we only have REardons interpretation of them, if you get another artist to draw a cover, maybe see the characters drawn differently??!??

Dredd:  Ive liked this story a lot.  But weve nearly seen all the alien tricks, now its just down to the Queen to appear?!?!?  Personally I expected a twist from Wagner or Diggle, maybe there is something coming?!?

Cab Inc: Mr Rennie really has managed create a fantastic little gem, the characters are interesting enough without getting in the way of the action.  I just hope we are revealing a layer of their character at a time, rather than a collection of cliches?!  All in all excellent.

Telguuth - Yeah this is engaging enough.  But I do feel we're missing something here and its probably some unifying thread.  The same timeline, a reoccuring character, whatever.  Without this it all seems rather so what.

The VCs - Yep were heading into SinDex territory.  Two cliches killing things and not transferring any empathy to the reader.  I personally want a little more.

Atavar II - Well Im liking this, weve had the setup now.  Atavar and the Binods on one side, the kalen on another side with UOS the undefeatable enemy!!!  We just need this to go in the a good direction.

All in all a good prog,  I cant help but feel the inclusion of Calaballistics raises the quality of the prog immensely.

This is like the playground where the couple actually like each other a lot, but the fight rather than getting on down to the serious business of mummies and daddies.

No problem I find this place therapeutic myself.

As for the chat room, Boo or Nat are normally in there if ypou want some female protection (after 10pm -ish).  The chat is rarely about 2000ad, well it flits in and out, covers a the huge world of science fiction, comics and the world at large in general

Mal -  I actually find your threads some of the funniest on the board.

My wife too has suffered from depression, though hers was stress related.  But getting her to even admit there was a problem took me nearly a year, once problems are identified they are much easier to resolve.

With reagrds to the chat room, I would like to say now that all s3xual content stems from Boo :-)
But yeah join us in the chat room, its a good laugh.

King Pete, if you can provide naked dancing girls, copious amount of alchohol and a roman orgy, with toga included.  "TOGA TOGA TOGA!"  Ill certianly join up. :-)

Boo no offence but I already live in a female dominated world, which consists of DIY and treading on eggshells to make the queen happy, I just want something for me!!!

As, er, a kinda professional in this area.  Well printers, PCs and intel servers anyway.

Basically my suggestion is to stick with HP, as anything else is to put it bluntly fairly crap.  Or at least I havent seen anything that can beat an HP for printers, a compaq for PC's and or Intel Servers.

If you are looking for a relatively cheap price, Id go for DABS.COM, who seem to be rather good.
