It's very, very gruesome, but a pretty good tale. If you can get past the first third of the film you will be rewarded.

The only thing that spoils it is that Cary Elwes is absolutely awful in it. He's shockingly bad.

And I really like him as an actor. But not here.

Thanks everyone!

GavZilla - there is also a 'non-crinkle cut' option for a few Seabrook flavours, but I've never tried them.

I should also point out that I also got a kettle as a present today, but that is a great present for me. Working from home I drink about a dozen cups of tea a day.

I'm 28 today. One of the presents my girlfriend has got me is a box of seabrook crisps, but no ordinary box. This is a specially mixed birthday box of crisps which is half salt and vinegar, half prawn cocktail.

I'm in hog heaven. Especially as I haven't eaten any crisps at all since January.

You must realise that I live in the South and ordinarily can't get Seabrook - the king of crisps.

What is everyone else's favourite crap presents?

Fraze -

The night time shrieks of foxes aren't them looking for blood. It's them having sex. The male has a barbed penis so the female makes the most unworldly noise ever.

I had many sleepless nights because of fornicating foxes when I used to live in Wimbledon.

I think they were a bunch of bastards to the Dreddcon visitors myself. You would find weirder obsessives at almost any concert, but you hardly see stuff about that.

Am I wrong to fancy that anchor woman?

I enjoyed this issue - though didn't think the front cover was particularly inspiring.

And what has everyone got against Asylum 2? I think it's pretty great actually. The artwork is astoudning and I don't really know what's going to happen.

But then I missed Asylum 1 which appears to have had some good reviews. Maybe people are automatically comparing it with the original?

Incedentally I've just watch Night of the Living Dead and I think the radio in the house was a Zenith. Bizarrely it looked like it used the same logo as our zenith.

Work work work work work. Impending first deadline on a new publication means I'm working 15 hour days at the moment. Which is why I've been on here a lot recently.

Better than that Mandala one-off in the 1990 annual, but I still wished they hadn't bothered.
