The Green Wing is weird. You keep watching it, even though its not funny, because you think it must get better. It doesn't but you still watch it again.

Anything with Alf Garnett. Couldn't connect with Rising Damp, although I was young when I saw it. And of course - Last of the Summer Wine.

Remember having this huge argument with a kid at school that the spin off 'First of the Summer Wine' was actually a prequel (before they were in fashion) to the main series. Despite the title, he thought it was Last of the Summer Wine: TNG.

His brain just couldn't cope with the fact that Cleggy was playing his own dad in the prequel.

Now that you mention it - I didn't get a Magic card.

Ah well - it'd just gone in the bin anyway. Just can't get into this card collecting.

But the DPS in part two of Total War does go some way to balance things up.

The Bobbins archive is still around (i think) at www.bobbins.org

it's actually fascinating to see John's drawing style evolve over a five year period

Not too sure if many of you will find this of interest, but I'm giving it a go anyway.

An old colleague of mine has been writing a webcomic now for six or seven years. He's got so good at it - he is now earning a living from it. Fair play to him.

However it seems that, despite being written in Oldham, the vast majority of the readership is American. In an effort to drum up some UK readers - this is a plug.

Notionally a daily horror comedy strip, computer drawn, it also has element of sci-fi (especially robots) as the current time travelling storyline attests to. But usually its about zombies. Please do take the time to check it out.

I'm just colour blind (so no fire service for me) but other than that my eyesight is pretty tip top.

However I reckon I will have to wear glasses in the future so I call people who do wear glasses 'speccy' as often as I can before I to become one of their number. Childish I know, but it gets me through the day.

We are the speccies. We will assimilate you. When we can find you.

In fairness it didn't say that Hershey herself had made the decision on the Euthanasia order, only the Chief Judge's Office. It could have been an overzealous clerk, who might have known it was about a clone, but not who the donor was.

Although Hershey is acting a bit odd...

Seems obvious that Nimrod is going to sacrifice himself for the city a la Fergie, so I hope Wagner has got something else up his sleeve.

Reckon two or three nukes might get set off though.

Someone - can't remember who - made an unusal review about Cabin Fever.

They said 'are you telling me a bunch of rednecks would kidnap Eliza Dushku and not rape and kill her?'
