Morning all, the web droids are planning to migrate the 2000 AD forums to a new server with a different ISP today, which will require a little downtime. The forums will be unavailable while the migration is underway – this could take up to 3 hours, starting around 11am.

Apologies for any inconvenience. See you on the other side.

Are the actual prints squashed like the image on the shop page?

We'd never have licensed them if they were.

The thrillcast is one of the things that has got me "back" to being a regular 2000ad reader/fan, I have just finished listening to the latest episode and it is fantastic stuff as always and especially the in depth interview with one of my all time favourites Garth Ennis , particularly as he can occasionally be a bit spikey and critical/dismissive of his own work on 2000ad, its great to hear him  go in to detailgreat stuff Molch-R

Great to hear it! Glad you're enjoying the podcast and many thanks for the kind words.

So, does the deal also cover their adaptation of War of the Worlds, or just the two series of Scarlet Traces?

This has been discussed before and one of the mods stated that not having the floppy would make no material difference to the price of the Meg.

Correct.

Help! / Re: iPad app not working for me

Eamonn, the app droids are looking into your problem but could you please PM me either the auto-response email you got or the 'ticket number' on it? They want to make sure they have the number associated with your email to customer support. Cheers.

(On an irritating nitpickers front I am not sure that Defoe would utter that particular prayer prior to grabbing the weapon. If his theology is drawn from the Levellers they were a  radical proddie crew).

That gave me pause for thought but then I realised it's his wife, Tomazine Scarlet – the Irish pirate known as 'The Sea Wolf' and former member of The Dirty Dozenne - who says it and she's identified as Irish earlier in the episode.

Nice work Molch-R, and next time (if there IS a next time) I talk to you about all things 2000AD, I promise to not have drunk as much red wine. ;)

Or 'talking lube', as I call it. Weirdly. ;)

Just finished recording this week's Thrill-Cast and very pleased to reveal our guests are Peter Milligan and Rufus Dayglo plus Representative of Tharg, Matt Smith!

So nothing exclusive for NYCC I guess (I know, I know, there'll be Mezco toys).

Wait and see - still time to go ;)
