Dredd - effortlessly brilliant.   There's just so much in those first two pages.     And Brink's not too far behind.

Those 2 are worth the price of admission alone.

Been awhile since I found a show so in my wheel house I ended up binging the whole series in one sitting. But thats exactly what happened with AMC The Terror

Where did you see it - is it only on BT?  I loved the book.

Never played it but I'm struggling to imagine what swears a normal twelve year old hasn't heard.

Allegedly the c bomb gets dropped somewhere, but I find that hard to believe.

Has anyone got Battlefield V?

If so, is it ok for a 12 year old?  He's desperate for it for his birthday, but I suspect it might be a bit sweary.

I had picked up a couple of progs after being away from the fold for 20 years and was umming and ahhing about whether or not to start getting it again, when  there was a single, two word moment in Shakara that made me cheer out loud:

"World engine"

Got a subscription that day.

I've bought the first 3.  Have all these so far been from the new 52?   I was a pretty big Bat fan up until Knightfall and all that Azrael malarky.

Quite enjoyed what I've read so far, but probably not enough to commit the best part of a grand and a shed load of shelf space to a full set.

Is this the first time John Smith hasn't written Devlin?

Not written by John Smith? Didn't know that.  What's the story there I wonder?

Totally missed the hardback edition going on sale.  Arragh.

If anyone's changed their mind and what's to sell theirs, drop me a line.  Happy to pay the full cover price.

Bought both covers from the web shop but neither turned up today.

Annoyingly, not only was I in a comic shop at lunchtime (seeing Orbital's 2000AD exhibition, which was good) my local Thrill Power Merchant had it, taunting me from the window.
