The Forest - A young woman travels to Japan to find he twin sister who has apparently gone missing in the infamous 'Aokigahara Forest' (Suicide Forest).

It was ok. Some good performances from the lead cast and not a bad tale at all. Certainly not as Shit as a lot of critics have been saying. Worth a watch!

Maybe that bit did go over my head. I always thought she was about so say 'anger'. The frustration and rage of Dredd that bubbles beneath the service of control and discipline.

No, she actually does say 'anger' before anything else.  Whatever it is she's about to say remains a mystery.

A penchant for Taffeta Ballgowns! Looks like both Dredd films borrowed something from the A.B.C Warriors.

We don't have to have Crusade as well do we?

Yes, we do! Hard as it is to imagine but some people actually like it.

The artwork is stunning, IMO.

a tragedy awaits that will have major repercussions for Mega-City One

The death of Judge Joseph Dredd. I don't believe the demise of any other characters would affect the City in the way Dredd's death would.

I don't recall the teleportation devices being used in other stories. But then the same could be said about the 'D-Jump' and 'time-travel' machines which seem to have faded into obscurity. See also: Boing!

This has been a less-than-helpful post, I'm sure.

Is there a post count to achieve before you can have an avatar as cannot find any way to access to do it.

You should prod-a-mod.

I'm a big fan of the Street fighter series, the new game looks quite tasty. Let me know if you need your arse smacked by the mighty Ken.

I actualy find it one of his more enjoyable ventures, as it's not violating any previously esstablished property in the process.

Keep in mind that I haven't seen Man of Steel...

Lucky Bastard! I've seen it in all its Glory. A complete Dog-Turd of a film with no redeeming features whatsoever!

Cheers

Edit: I watched Tootsie the other day. Seen it many times and still think it's great.

Apparently, Guinea Pigs are quite partial to Capsicums (Peppers) which also provide them essential Vitamins.

Quote from: JUDGE BURNS on 25 January, 2016, 12:25:47 AMforgot to mention about the floppy, Synnamon?  Really? scraping the barrel there I think. Maybe time to end the floppy.
Thing is, it'd get replaced with nothing, and the cover price wouldn't change. Better to just give away the ones you don't like, surely?

Maybe this aint the best place to offer them up but I've found little appetite for them.

Give them to a Hospital or Dentist for the waiting rooms. It's gotta be better than letting them go to waste and may even bring new/lapsed readers on board.

Good Prog. Standout for me being The Order. Intriguing story and fantastic art, and a welcome change from the non-stop peddling of older characters. I'm afraid Strontium Dog is well past its sell-buy-date, IMO.
